    Heena Sindhi, MPT, is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She earned her Master of Physiotherapy degree in 2015 from a renowned Indian university and began practicing physiotherapy. In 2017, she relocated to Canada and pursued her registration as a physiotherapist, achieving her license after five years of dedicated effort. With her expertise and experience, Ms. Sindhi empowers her patients to take an active role in their recovery, helping them overcome various ailments. Committed to staying up-to-date, she obtained AINMS Dry Needling certification in 2024, integrating this skill into her treatment protocols as needed. With enthusiasm and dedication, Ms. Sindhi welcomes you to her physiotherapy practice.

    Ashlyn graduated from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with a Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy. She is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO), and is registered with the CMTO.

    Ashlyn began her career in 2013, focusing in deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal and massage for those with special needs. She creates treatment plans, based on client concerns on everything from general relaxation to rehabilitation from injuries and surgery, neurologic conditions, stress and pain management with general Swedish and Thai massage techniques (NO LOTION), advanced trigger points, and stretching.

    Ben is a big advocate for the importance of exercise and movement on health. Considering how beneficial staying active is, and how common chronic pain is, he decided to pursue massage as an avenue to help reduce people's pain and remove barriers standing between people and a healthy lifestyle.nbspHe is trained in a variety of techniques, but has found a deep, slower approach to treatment often the most effective to reduce tension and restore function.

    Ben’s interest in health and fitness led him to a degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph before learning massage at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Ben began his massage therapy career in 2017, and has gained experience in a variety of clinical settings, and has provided massage therapy during competitions to athletes at Wilfred Laurier University and the University of Guelph.

    Ben enjoys most sports, but he especially enjoys jumping in the lake (anytime of year) and backcountry camping.

    Kristina Aizenberg, R.Ac studied social work and psychology at the Toronto Metropolitan University before graduating from Georgian College with a Diploma of Acupuncture with Honours in 2021. She also studied herbalism at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

    Kristina is renowned for providing constitutional facial acupuncture and massage treatments, during which, zones (points) on the face, head and body, are stimulated to treat the entire body constitutionally. Kristina can address neck and shoulder concerns, temporomandibular joints (TMJ) tension, facial paralysis, headaches, insomnia, emotional blockages and stress, etc., while improving skin health (scars, burns, sagging, puffiness, wrinkles, etc.).

    Kristina often uses body acupuncture points to alleviate acute and long-standing pain conditions associated with sciatica, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc. Each treatment is customized to each individual, to treat the root cause and promote optimal wellbeing.

    Kristina offers fertility acupuncture, pregnancy and postpartum care. She is also passionate about treating babies and children naturally with Chinese pediatric massage therapy and other modalities.

    Ryan graduated from Georgian college’s massage therapy program and became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2023. He has been trained in administering deep tissue, relaxation, manual lymphatic drainage, and Swedish massage techniques, along with the use of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching and joint mobilizations. Ryan attended York university from 2013-2019 receiving a BA in the Humanities as a student athlete with the school’s football team. It was through these years of training and rehabilitating personal injuries that he developed a passion for sports specific massage and injury rehabilitation. It is Ryan’s goal to not only have his client’s regain function and physical wellness, but to develop greater mobility and personal well being.

    Marina has been working in the field of bodywork for over 12 years. Her experience stems from the spa industry as an Esthetician, where she primarily offered relaxation massage, body treatments and skin care. She decided to follow her passion and expand her knowledge in the branch of massage, graduating with Distinction from the Massage Therapy program at triOs College in 2023. Marina is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

    Marina believes in a healthy balance between mind, body & soul and strives to provide an experience that nurtures those aspects simultaneously. She puts primary focus on ensuring she connects with each client to address specific concerns and works with them to come up with tailored treatment plans, unique to each individual. Types of massages she offers are Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, scalp treatment, TMJ specific, sports massage, fascial technique, manual lymphatic drainage and fibromyalgia massage. She also incorporates joint mobilizations, manual/PNF stretching and remedial exercises when beneficial.

    Although she offers a broad spectrum of techniques, Marina looks forward to taking continuing education courses in order to gain more specific knowledge to provide her clients with the most effective treatments and outcomes.

She specializes in relaxation massage and is certified in Hot Stone Therapy and Indie Head Massage. Her treatments include aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, crystal healing and energy work. Her treatments are for people who do not have insurance and prefer a lighter touch. She hopes to continue her education with courses in Reiki and Thai Massage. Jessica has a passion for nature with a focus on her clients holistic needs and well being.

    Cristie Serber, RMT graduated with honours from Georgian College's fast track Massage Therapy program in December 2010 and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) regulatory body and practicing since July 2011. Cristie has since received special training in Indie Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone and Cupping Therapy. Cristie opened Healica Massage Therapy Barrie in 2015 and Orillia in 2017. Her treatment interests include manual lymphatic drainage, fibromyalgia and massage therapy treatment for autism. Cristie strives to achieve wellness personally and professionally, and is forever excited to gain and share knowledge in the healthcare industry. Cristie and her team began an exciting new indevour in 2022 by launching continued education courses available at Healica's Orillia location.
